Consume more plain water

Plain water can give excellent benefit for your skin health, especially to help you look more fresh and beautiful. When you want to get rid of the bag from your eyes it would be better for you to consume a lot of water espesially during your overtime working. Water can help maintaining the freshness skin around your eyes.


Sliced Cucumber

Some slices of cucumber actually can be a good alternative to cooling your skin around the eyes as well as reducing the bag. Just put sliced of cucumber onto the skin around your eyes for about ten minutes. The bag will be flattening gradually. Take this ritual action frequently to get maximum result.


Compress the eyes with ice cubes

When your eyes get very tired, ice cubes can help them relax. Cold sensation from the ice will make the eyes shinning back, and the bag wil be flattening. But dont paste the ices directly on your eyes. Wrap the ice in cloth or towel before you put them on your eyes. Then, wait until your eyes become fresh again.

Eye cream

You are also able to use eye cream eye to eliminate wrinkle in your eyes as well as make them look more fresh and shining. Just apply enough eye cream right before going to bed.

Sliced Potatoes

A slice of potato is also gives the same benefit to your eyes. In fact, it can also reduce black circle in the eyes of some middle aged women. By only, putting small amount of smashed potato in your eyes for a while you can fell the freshness of your skin around the eyes. By keep doing it regularly three times a week your eyes wil stay fresh and beautiful.

Have Enough Rest

Although you have taken care of your eyes very well, withouth enough rest it will be more difficult for you to remove the puffiness from your eyes. So, it would be better if you have enough sleep and not to stay up night.
